User Responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with YouTube's terms of service and for using ReplyMaster in a lawful manner. Any misuse or abuse may result in termination of your account or access to the service.

Payment and Refund Policy

ReplyMaster offers one-time payment-based services, and all payments are securely processed through Cashfree. By making a payment, you agree to the following terms:

• Payment Processing: All transactions are securely handled via Cashfree Payment Gateway.
• Refund Policy: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction. Refunds may be considered if technical issues prevent satisfactory use.
• Review Process: Each refund request will be reviewed case-by-case by our support team. Approval is at the sole discretion of ReplyMaster.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
• Exclusions: No refunds will be provided for:
  • Services that have been fully utilized.
  • Requests made after 24 hours from the transaction.

ReplyMaster will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
